Designated bank accounts

Just done my first withdrawal since the introduction of designated bank accounts.

I see that the designated bank accounts screen also shows pending withdrawals, which is a useful addition for anyone who might want to remind themselves what they'd asked for before it hits their bank account.

It would become even more useful in the case that AC were to enter administration, as in that instance, pending withdrawals may be suspended for several weeks (as is happening with Lendy).
