I'd like to have a spreadsheet where I can drop in my Income prediction and then drop into another sheet the actuals month by month and check which loans are missing payments and if the payments match the predictions.
It Seems early repayments etc are a PITA to deal with, and the data from FC on payments you can't always easily get fields you need they are often text within other fields

I'm using that as my base dataset but matching payments against loans isn't easy
I then need to do month by month comparisons, which is complicated by stuff being late and going over month end.
When I managed projects that had monthly or whatever payments then we would initially show for each project what expected payment was per month so as payments came in they were allocated against a payment number made it really easy to do.

 The simple forecast shows the full repayment schedule of each loan, and allows calculation for the amount in arrears.

I get all my data from the transaction analysis using this function to split the data out of one column.
