For some time now I have made regular small transfers of what's sitting in my ED holding to my IFISA. Until today that is. Now all I get is an error message inferring I am attempting a RYI, that the amount is too small and to try again in 12-24 hours.
I contacted CS this morning who seemed at a loss for an explanation (perhaps it may be related to the recent website tweaks?) and asked me to email them with a screengrab of the error message, which I duly did.
Problem remains unresolved and so far I have not received a reply (not even an auto) to my email.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

And to think I got a new match in Rolling at 4.9% first thing. Went from elation to despair very quickly!

Seems to be ok for me. Maybe a glitch due to the weekend processing?

Have you tried reducing the amount by 1p. i have had errors before when trying to withdraw the amount in my holding account when it says I have insufficient funds. Maybe it is now trying to sell a loan to make up the shortfall?

Maybe it is now trying to sell a loan to make up the shortfall? Could I reiterate: I am not attempting a RYI or a withdrawal, just transferring my ED holding account balance to my ISA which I have done countless times before without a problem. There is no shortfall.
However, should this problem persist (which it does at the time of writing - I just tried again) then a withdrawal request will be more likely!

Maybe it is now trying to sell a loan to make up the shortfall? I definitely had that 1p effect on Zopa recently when selling loans! I can;t send anything from ED to ISA that is < £10 as far as I can tell. I did think of sending £10 from ISA to ED and then pipe the sum back the other way but in the end I went to bed instead!.

I don't think you can transfer money from the ISA to Everyday like you can from Everyday to ISA, but am happy to be corrected.
Withdrawals from ISA go through Everyday.
I've always thought it would be good to allow ISA to Everyday transfers as it would potentially save one bank transfer (if you're withdrawing from both). It might even take a little pressure off RS systems and processes.

I'm happy to report that while not fully resolved, further to another call to their CS this morning RS have acknowledged that there is a problem and provided me with a workaround - that worked!
For those who are aware of the procedure I was having trouble with, experiencing similar difficulties themselves or maybe just interested to know:
The problem lies with the 'All' tickbox. Manually entering the amount you wish to transfer and hitting tab key removes the issue and allows the transaction to proceed upon clicking the 'Review' button after it turns green.
Incidentally, it is interesting to note that using either method - the one that produces an error or the workaround that works - now causes the 'Review' button to turn green in both cases. I mentioned somewhere on a previous thread that this button remained grey before (even after ticking the 'All' box) but worked anyway. so the issue does seem linked in some way to the recent site 'upgrades'.
NB. it is definitely and still possible to transfer the entire holding account balance using this method without as has been suggested leaving a penny behind!

One week has now passed and I am still having to manually type the amounts to transfer from ED to ISA even though on each occasion it is the entire balance which until the recent site 'improvements' was a simple tick-box exercise.
A minor irritation one might think but not one in my opinion which is really acceptable.

Pleased to report that this issue now appears to have been fixed. Today I made a successful 'tickbox' transfer from ED to ISA
That said, there have been more changes to the UI which make knowing how to choose one's own rates even more obscure " src="//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/superangry.png">
