The other option is to pick up nibbles sold on the PLE later on. That's a great way to invest in loans you've missed out on.I Often get the higher rate loans Tranche B and C from there. Yeah I've picked up a few on there, not in any rush on this one so all good.

The loan nibbling severely slowed down.Looks like it's gonna take a couple more days at least.

Not sure if it is underwriiten by someone but i imagine Proplend has a contingency in place

proplend This one is taking a while to fill. What is the maximum timeline on these loans? How long would you leave a loan up and what happens if it doesn't fill?

In the August newsletter yesterday they said it is closing soon. No date given though. This is the longest i have known a loan to fill over the past year.

For future loans, it would be good if this info was included as part of the documentation provided when the loan is launched.

Yes they have been unusually quiet on this and the other questions I raised. Hopefully there will be some clarifications soon.

Apologies, I'm going to blame holiday season for slowing everything down a little at the moment - including our response. You will probably have seen this loan is now fully funded and will draw down by tomorrow, possibly later today. You're right, we haven't had a loan take this long to fund but we do potentially give Lenders up to 30 days to fund loans. We only list loans on the platform that we're confident of filling but in the event that we ever have one that our Lenders can't fill, it would be return of funds offered to lend. Just to mark your cards - we have a new bridge loan going into pending today that we expect to going into Funding in the next few days Thanks for your patience. Richard
