I know some are in worst position than others, but this does worry me. We are all suffering!
The extra admin and costs for the consideration for "one off interim early repayments" could be substantial.
If they are restricted and can only make payments from 1 October, how can they make exceptions?

They can only make payments when they can validate customers vs AML requirements.. I. E. Are you who you claim to be. They plan to sort it for everyone by 1st Oct. They can presumably sort out Individual cases by having you fax them your passport, driving licence and recent DNA sample, but they intend to sort it by 1st Oct anyway, with less hassle and costs.
That's how I read it, anyway.
I suppose exceptional action may even require you to show up at their office, in person. Whatever it is, I intend to just do the LY thing.. waitabit.

If they are suffering significant hardship I havnt got a problem with them being paid earlier....just grateful I am not in that position

Personally i would hope the name Liam Brooke is black listed and becomes the synonym of "Crook"

Stick to the facts ie those that can be proved, and only bring in the widows and orphans when your barrister suggests that it's appropriate.
