Any ideas about this unusual loan? Not the typical loan, because of no rental income and income from trading could also fluctuate. Also very rushed.

Their income no doubt comes via donations and various funding as per most charity income. They are designated charity status which offsets a lot of expense. It's a bridging loan of just 6mths which indicates longer term financing is in the works. No due concern over the speed for me. Proplend not rushing witout their high due dilegence. I'll be taking a a couple of nibbles of this loan.

Yup, the charity's income comes from donations and from letting space for events - look at "Applicant Details" on the second page of the Loan Request Summary. The charity's income has exceeded their expenditure for at least the last five years (though the gap is narrowing). I'll be letting Auto-Lend take a slice of TrancheA this afternoon.

Certainly something a bit different and the LTV looks decent. I'll likely have a small part of this.

Looked like all of tranche A was eaten by auto-invest.
I managed a couple of bites of tranche B.

Logged in at 15.01 (beer queue longer than planned at Lord's) and all gone. Had scaled down tranche A autoinvest on the basis that could get some Tranche B. Looks like people still go all in when the interest rates are high. I guess a 4 milion repayment a few days earlier probably helped too.

Looked like all of tranche A was eaten by auto-invest. In that case I'm glad I turned it off. I would want no part of this loan myself. Best of luck to those with more courage than me.

I missed out, my watch slow by a minute or 2 and messed up my timing. Went superfast.

Oops didn't expect it to go that quickly, I missed out. There's a couple in pending so hopefully another one comes along soon.
