For two weeks now I have been trying to assign a transferred deposit . Using "Assign" I get a form to set the amount and the rate range (though nothing else). The system has a think about it then reloads the same form with the fields reset to default. It will go no further no matter how many times I try.
Using "Modify" I get a more fully-featured form allowing me to set other options and after submitting I get confirmation that "Your top up has been successful" - however on acknowledging that message the "Manage Investments" page reloads and my deposit is still showing unassigned.
This happens whether I use the "Welendus" skin or the "Fund Ourselves" version. Of course I have emailed the platform but so far have only received an auto-ack. Please help!!
