Any thoughts on the current vote to sell one of the fourteen units?
Looks like a no-brainer to vote to sell for a large profit to me, but would be interesting to hear any contrary views.

I'm planning to vote to sell - just popped in here to check what others are thinking, but like you say it seems like a no-brainer really.
Nice to have some good news from PP for a change!

I sold out of this before the hideous charges. What was the offer?

I sold out of this before the hideous charges. What was the offer? There's an article on PP's blog page with full details. In short: one unit purchased for £177k has an offer of £399k, giving a 95% return after costs and allowing for gearing.

But if I read correctly all it will do is increase the dividend 12% as they will just pay some of the mortgage off? From 2.nothing to a bit more than 2.nothing

From 2.nothing to a bit more than 2.nothing That's true, but reducing the mortgage decreases the leverage, which raises the potential capital gain. It's obviously a good sign that one of the units is selling for more than twice the asking price in a very short space of time.

That's certainly some welcome good news from PP. GHF looks like a savvy investment!
