Never seem to get an answer from Ablrate on my security questions.
One on here & one on 131 where they said 'leave it with me' 3 or 4 weeks ago.
It's not as if they are awkward questions.

In order to answer questions that involve other lenders we have to ask their permission to disclose such information. We have said there is a site draw down and the Ablrate funds will be a full draw down. The other information is being included in an addendum to go out in the documents of the existing loan and the next tranche.

Did not expect it to be public, but in the form of an addendum in both cases. Just in case you missed the earlier question, I asked how much of the £3.11m has been drawn down from the first ranking charge holder. Is that information not to be provided. Please advise.

As advised there is a site draw down and then draw down of the balance will be against reports and progress. Currently nothing has been drawn down.

This is what I wanted to find out all along. Without studying this thread, maybe I missed or misunderstood it, but I don't remember being advised of this directly, which makes a whole lot of difference to the overall initial security standing. I have now invested. You may have noticed the sudden surge.

See how fast it is filling now. Could have saved you a week at least.
May I suggest any complicated future development loans gives the Day 1 LTV percentage, similar to Assetz.

I would be interested but my cash sits in 132, which started on 4 Oct but still, somehow, has 18 days to go - and nearly £200k to the minimum required. Would someone wake me up in a three weeks' time, please?
