I have two loans ending on 26/10/19.
I was informed of the refinance of the Ip----h W---h---e one, that was carried out today.
Thought that would have moved faster after all the secondary market sales recently, although not sure if FS frightened a few into selling.
Nothing on the other one though. What usually happens, as I am reasonably new to Proplend & these are my first completions.

I'm in the same Ipswich loan. Your loan should be repaid next week once this new refinance loan has drawn down. You will probably be notified soon about your other loan. I also have a loan ending 26/10 but recently received an update. There has been a fair bit of activity selling loans. I sold a fair bit simply to get a better return with the new loans.

Does the recent update you mention relate to New---- M---D Com-----L? Is so, when was this received? (The last update I have is dated 31 July 19 stating "...the Borrower has decided to sell 1 W*** S***** and expects the sale to complete comfortably before maturity of the loan".)

No it is not related to New---- M---D Com-----L I have had loans with similar update to your July 31st one but due to unavoidable circumstances delays occured. Any concerns/questions about loans just contact Proplend. They are prompt with replies.

How did the heading of this thread change to nearly the full name. The town name was in full. I just changed it back.

How did the heading of this thread change to nearly the full name. The town name was in full. I just changed it back. The forum rules state that forum members must not identify a borrower or borrower's asset at any time on this (open) forum including in the thread title.
PL loan names are generic (on the whole) and do not identify a borrower or their asset and can (in general) be stated in full.
The use of heavily redacted thread titles makes it harder for the brain to reconstruct, and there is a danger that forum readers fail to associate a thread with a loan they hold, and miss discussion of potential issues with the loan. With three p2p platforms having folded with poor recoveries on a majority of loans expected, it is important that the poorer quality p2p loans on each platform are avoided.
Yesterday I changed a number of thread titles including this one, in my role as a forum moderator/admin, to make it easier for forum members to associate the thread with the loan. I have therefore reverted the thread title back.
The Newbury Comm Mixed Loan was due to mature late last week, but as yet its not clear what the intention is with this loan (at least to me). The Newbury Storage Yard one to the same borrower is listed in forthcoming loans as being refinanced.

Why on earth didn't you send me a personal message. I assumed someone had access to my login details.
Did you not think about that?

Apologies .... if you look at the bottom right of your OP, you'll see the name / reason of the last edit. The only way to edit a thread title is to edit the first post on the thread, so its a common occurence for forum staff to edit first posts to change the thread title (as we frequently get requests to include status info, such as repaid, in default etc in the title).

It is disgusting how PL have treated us with contempt, worse so, a few days after the demise of FS.
Where has the care & courtesy gone. We should not have to chase.
Yes, the end day was a Saturday, but now it is officially in default, without us being informed otherwise.

Shocked no notice given to you of its default notice. I do hope this is just a blip in the care and courtsey level Proplend deliver.

Not sure if this thread prompted them, but I also copied & pasted my earlier post (showing my disgust) in an email to them as well.

proplend Your update dated 28th Oct stated "...completion is expected to take place in the next four weeks." It would be helpful if you could provide an update on progress and current status of when redemption is expected.

On my previous email as posted above, they apologized & said they would make sure it does not happen again.
