I am quite impressed with Blend Network's track record. Some of BN loans are repaid early.

I was quite impressed with roxanas cv. I googled her name a couple of days ago. She seems quite the warrior and really gave me confidence to invest. Well it's on my to do list as soon as I return to the uk.

Hi gravitykillz, Thank you for your message. We are glad that you noticed us Please feel free to research us and also check our track record on blendnetwork.com/pages/statistics. Drop me an email if there is anything that I can help you with. Thanks, Roxana Hi Roxana
Can you explain how lenders can get decent diversification when Blend's statistics page shows only 35 loans having been funded and there appear to be no available loans (i.e. loans not already 100% funded)
thanks cb25
Hi cb25,
Thanks for your comment and very fair question. Our loans indeed get funded very quickly, anything from a few minutes to a few hours. That’s why we have an AutoLend feature built in to our platform that allows lenders to pre‐select their lending criteria and ‘get ahead of the queue’. Diversification is achieved by spreading the risk of ones portfolio, i.e. by constructing a portfolio of several loans each with a different risk/reward profile. This can be done by lending manually or by using AutoLend. Using AutoLend, you can select the criteria that best represents your own risk/reward profile and spreading your available funds across several loans. For example, you may say ‘I only want to lend on loans that have 10‐12% return p.a. and I don’t want to lend any longer than 18‐months’. You would select those criteria in the AutoLend tab on your dashboard and every time a loan matches the criteria you have set, you would automatically lend. People who are on AutoLend are able to lend prior to those lending manually. AutoLend works on a first come first serve basis. This feature also allows you to diversify because you can say for example ‘if my criteria are met, I want to lend, say £1k across the next 10 loans or across the next 5 loans’. In this manner, you are constructing your own diversified portfolio with the return that you select and the maturity that you select based on your very own risk/return profile.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Kind Regards,
Roxana

Hi everyone,
Just a quick one. I’ve just sent out a newsletter titled ‘3 deal types you’ll find at Blend Network’. This gives you guys a good idea of the types of deals we fund. Drop me an email at Roxana.mm@blendnetwork.com if you’d like me to send you a copy.
Cheers!

Roxana Hey Roxanna, Are you guys FCA regulated, if so are you not supposed to know who you are targeting with "Deals" etc. Just wondering sorry if I'm off base but it is way past the rules requested by FCA for 9/12 so surely you have to know what type of investors you are targetting. If I'm way off beam here sorry for asking!

Roxana Best of the season to you but really!, I'm not many on here would give the gift you are suggesting though, especially as you used the over wooly term "could" rather than "would". Thankfully you said Capital is at risk though so I guess that's ok! PS don't forget to edit out the extra CR lines that appear when you copy into a post from an external source. can make it much easier to read you5r posts.

Hi Everyone,
Great news! At Blend Network, we recently funded £1,000,000 in 30 minutes. This was across 2 loans: a £540,000, 10% return p.a. loan that was funded in less than 1 minute by 84 investors and a £460,000, 8% return p.a. loan that was funded in 20 minutes by 70 investors.
Thanks to all of our lenders, many of whom are in this forum. If you got any question, pick up the phone and give me a call or drop me an email at Roxana.mm@blendnetwork.com.
Capital at risk.
Cheers!
Roxana

I am quite impressed with Blend Network's track record. Some of BN loans are repaid early. I received an email from them today offering quite an interesting new loan. Tranche 1 with eventual loan to GDV of 63%. Interest at 10%, but the first 14 months (of 20) rolled up. What are forum members' recent experiences with Blend?

I received early repayment in March. One of my loans outstanding capital is <18%. I can't really complain.

What are forum members' recent experiences with Blend? Generally good, but then they've only just hit their first "problem" loan, a farm in NI. Actions to tackle it so far seem sensible and proactive, but early days ...
