2 years ! good luck with that..im still getting drips from loans already in their 8th year ..on some with a return of 1p a month I suspect the outstanding loan will outlast me Thanks for managing my expectations! Hopefully, my children will benefit from some belated returns.
I'm just glad I got off the FC merry-go-round when I did. I dread the impact that the current crisis will have on existing loans.
No problemo..but you remind me to look further into the point regarding children. I bailed out of FC when they introduced their 'black box' investing method and never went back. I ought to say that I did make money overall over a period of 5 or 6 years (the golden years) but the introduction of 'allowing' FC to apportion investments as they saw fit was the final straw. Of bad debts when I stopped they have recovered 43.9% to date (boy what id give for an outcome like that on Funding Secure) and but for two infamous hotel fiascos in London and Liverpool, a recovery on those would have increased to 60.7%..but that's not going to happen..I believe the Liverpool hotel was due to be auctioned on 21st May but C-19 may well delay that.

I think this bad debt recovery % 43.9% is something later post-black-box pre/post-IPO investors can only dream of. I have had almost 60k of bad debts with only 3k recovered.
