Ah well, both mine and MRS account are 100% "locked" with 0 funds returned. What I wonder is how the provision fund will work when we are in RE and whether current balance (just over 600K) will form part of the distribution in September... I also assume provision fund borrower contributions will continue to be collected as well as interest which was preivously due to us - all going to the same "pot", though this has not been confirmed anywhere (unless I missed it?). What is also not clear is the cost of administering this whole process. Really hope some more clarify will be provided soon

No. This is what I get: Withdraw Holding ISA Amount £ 2117.87 Amount must be between: £1.00 - £2,111.87. Bank Details Name on account ********* Insufficient balance to perform
Do you realise you are trying to withdraw an amount greater than the balance ?!
ISA withdrawal is working just fine, I did it yesterday.
I also received bonuses yesterday, just pure luck probably. I don't know if unmatured bonuses will be paid.
It doesn't matter when your loans were due to mature, they were all closed yesterday and the interest due was frozen. All investors will be paid back the same percentage of their outstanding balance quarterly as loans are repaid by the borrowers e.g. if september payment is 50%, investor with 10k will get 5k, investor with 1k will get 500.

My ISA was due to mature on 1 July and I didn't receive the bonus but happy to get capital and interest. Am I being brave or stupid in not withdrawing now but trying to keep it within the ISA wrapper and getting another ISA provider to apply for it?

I think it is safe enough. My understanding is that it is a flexible ISA so you theoretically could withdraw and replace once you have the transfer all ready to be enacted - but I doubt deposits are functional now.

My transfer form was emailed to CrowdProperty late last night. CP have already acknowledged receipt and requested details from GS, so should be one of the first to test the system. I'll update when transfer completes.

If you log into your account and click on cash - deposit - it'll show your account name. Address is Growth St, 133 Whitechapel High St, London E1 7QA This was from a lot of digging around rather than them telling me but should be correct ? I just posted a transfer form with the address Irongate House, 22-30 Dukes Pl, London, EC3A7LP Personally I don't think for one minute that between GS, the destination ISA and Covid-19 that any transfer request will actually happen so I may just try a cash withdrawal before they grab it back.

I explained this is excellent news and should of been mentioned in the email to investors. Take this with a grain of salt though. I have limited confidence and trust in GS at this point.

Also if it's of any support right now - I believe the CEO of Growth Street has mentioned in a recent article that they hope to continue as a company but simply leave the P2P space. This would imply that they are keen to keep the Growth Street branding - so that's an incentive for them to ensure they repay investors all their money, or at least the majority of it, otherwise their brand and reputation will be tarnished.

If that's a GS address then I'm sure it'll get forwarded. The ISA is actually managed by Goji tho which is the address I posted (and was what they put on transfer in paperwork). Was the same for landbay (although marked landbay rather than GS!) And because it was a bond managed by Goji I don't think GS could touch it anyway (and why would they when they already paid out other uninvested cash?!)

You can do that now if you wish. Don't know how long it takes to hit your bank account though, hopefully this week. You do actually have to log in & withdraw it as it doesn't happen automatically. Yeah I hit the buttons yesterday pm, but its like I never did anything. No confirmation, no reduction in balance, sweet FA I've requested withdrawal yesterday pm... the same - no immediate confirmation or reduction in balance. This morning I've received confirmation and money arrived to my bank account.

GS will accepted a scanned copy or photo of transfer form from new platform to: platformsupport@goji.investments Except actually this perhaps isn't optional> I bitched that yesterday's email should have told us stuff like the address and where to find out account ref. Got a reply today after I'd found & posted saying "The address that you should give on any ISA transfer form is: 133 Whitechapel High Street, London, E1 7QA However due to the current pandemic any forms should be scanned and emailed to platformsupport@goji.investments rather than mailed" So anyone that's already sent theirs in as well might want to let your new providers know else you could be waiting a while.
