It is understood that the matter is listed for a costs and case management conference in the second week of June. It is understood the hearing was vacated and will be listed for the first available date after September 1st 2022.

A couple of recent consent orders have been uploaded to my blog. " The date for the Claimants to notify the Court whether proceedings have been compromised shall be extended to 4pm on 16 September 2022. In the event that the Claimants notify the Court that the proceedings have not been compromised, a Case Management conference shall be listed for the first available date after 1 October with a time estimate of a day." Ie if the parties can't settle out of court then the court will set a date to set out a roadmap for trial. Assuming a CMC is listed it's understood the next available date for a 1-day hearing is in January 2023.

Compromised is a legal term and just means a settlement. Nothing wrong with the ET case reporting At least one thing was covered by a reporting restriction but nothing should be read into that.

Another short delay:
The date for the Claimants to notify the Court whether proceedings have been compromised shall be extended to 4pm on 14 October 2022. In the event that the Claimants notify the Court that the proceedings have not been compromised, a Case Management conference shall be listed for the first available date after 30 October with a time estimate of a day.

So now they go to jail, right?
I mean, criminals can't just make confidential agreements and avoid jail, right?
I mean that's for corrupt third world shirt-holes, right?
Not the UK under the watchful eye of the FCA!

Not the UK under the watchful eye of the FCA! Civil case, they werent being prosecuted. And as they havent been convicted of any crime arent criminals. FCA investigation ongoing

FCA investigation ongoing I beg to differ; a criminal is not a criminal unless convicted? Well, perhaps technically. Still, just letting off steam while hoping that one day somebody lets off steam in the more hands-on manner, perhaps invites some of the Lendy crew to a game of cricket?

as i have mentioned before. white collar crime at its best.no harm done nobody hurt just a few thousand naive lenders looking for higher returns for their savings/pensions pots who did not understand the real risks of p2p lending. i hope the administrators/FCA/SFO have enough to now bring criminal charges.surely they cant just walk away from this with a confidential few million quid for themselves.i guess it now gets wiped under the carpet and soon forgotten about.

If only people who have never lost a penny yet to fraud, deception, false advertising, false information would sit up and take notice !
