There are more investors now with proplend so the B+C Tranches filled much quicker. ...... And the "problem" will only get worse now that this Proplend sub-forum has been moved to make it more visible! Using Auto-Lend on TrancheA is no guarantee - smaller loans (<£300k) are leaving some potential lenders with nothing. Seems Proplend has taken note of the prob judging by the email just released..

Sounds like Proplend should go straight to the top of P2P lenders favourite platforms. They are atop of many P2P lender's fave platforms 😊

Maybe a solution would be to allow autolend to purchase £500 loans rather than £1000. This would allow twice as many lenders to obtain a slice and with the way autolend currently works, lenders wanting more would get extra £500 chunks until autolend is depleted. This may actually make the PLE more liquid also. Ping proplend for comment.

I expect it'll be fully funded in seconds as Manchester commercal mixed loan was paid back yesterday. And decent property loans are also filling almost instantly on Crowd Property, Relendex, Blend, Capital Rise, Property Bridges, and Social Money.

A refinance of this loan (due to be redeemed on 12-Jan) appears to be imminent with the publication of an FLR and valuation on the web-site.
As I'm not an "Auto-Lender", I won't know that the loan is being funded until the email of availabilty of TrancheB is circulated - maybe the allocation of TrancheA for Auto-Lenders has already taken place this morning?

is Tranche B for autolenders too ? Only Tranche A is available for "Always-On" Auto-Lend. "Self-Select" Auto-Lenders have a choice of either TrancheA (if there's any left after the "Always-On" allocation) and all of Tranches B and C (if available).
