Let me start by saying 'Thank you' to all who have requested the letter so far, my list currently shows one short of 150 people.
Thanks also to those that have sent me feedback, be this 'letter sent', the name of their MP or something different or a combination of several things. This all goes into building the bigger picture which is very valuable in helping us to decide the next step(s).
MPs feedback is also starting to find its way to me (personal details removed naturally) with three responses of particular interest, one yesterday and two today, more on that probably in the days to come. Thank you to the three forum members who sent that information to me, I have already replied by PM.
Just as a reminder the 'instructions' that I sent out by PM to those who requested the letter contains (at the bottom) a specific collateral Email address. If you want to send me information from MPs (or any other documents) feel free to use that Email address, I know what a pain it is having to copy out letters onto a PM, save yourself some time and effort, just redact you personal details.
So that is where we are just over a week into this latest 'push'.
• If you were a Col investor and haven't requested the letter yet you are not too late I am more than happy to send out more.
• If you have the letter and haven't sent it yet please do, it should only take a few minutes. I tried this myself using one of my own letters when sending my letter to my MP.
• As I said earlier any feedback is valuable, I will pick it all up. If you want to simply post 'sent' on this thread I will see it and note it down.
• If you haven't told me who your MP is and are willing to do so this has proved to be particularly useful. Several times now I have come across constituencies with more than one Col investor in it, MPs seem to be more receptive if more than one constituent is writing about the same subject.
• Finally, if your MP doesn't appear to be receptive drop me a PM, I may be able to help.
Thanks again for your support, hopefully this will help draw the painful experience of Col to a close.

As many of you have already realised I have been rolling out a new push on Col this week. Firstly may I and 'the lings' thank all of you who have requested the latest letter, your help and support is valued by the small group of us who are continually working behind the scenes. The last 3+ years have been a hard slog so seeing the PM's coming in this week have given us a lift. Initial feedback that I have received has been very encouraging, we are being noticed where it matters. If you receive any feedback that you care to share with me I will of course be very pleased to receive it, every little bit helps build the bigger picture. Those of you who have read the letter will now realise just how bad the regulatory failures were with Col. Unfortunately as I have had to do many times I cannot post the details openly for fear of prejudicing possible Court proceedings. As always with campaigns such as this, weight of numbers will play a big part so if you have the letter and have not sent it yet please do, it should only take a matter of minutes and it could just tip the balance. If you were a Col investor, have not received a PM but would like to help just add a post below or send me a PM I will deal with them just as quickly as I can. If you run into problems when you send the letter, think 'I will be wasting my time' or are asked questions that you do not know the answer to (unlikely) I do have further documentation that may well be of use, just ask. As always PM questions to me and I will try my best to answer them. Hi I'm an investor if you could please forward me any information please. Many thanks

Yesterday I was looking though some early MPs responses.
Something strange was instantly visible to both the recipient and to me. The response didn't address the issues that were included in the letter sent. Other subjects were covered including some that have no relevance to Col.
As I saw more responses it was very obvious that the letters, from different MPs (all the same party), were either identical or had an extra sentence added or taken out. I will leave it to you to decide why this is happening.
Personally I find this unacceptable.
In order to (hopefully) deal with this relatively early in this campaign, hours were spent behind the scenes overnight preparing a response. I will be in touch by PM with those people affected later today. Naturally it will be their decision to make as to whether they wish to send the follow up letter to their MP.
As you can see, sending feedback is valuable.
When I read the first 'response letter' my instant reaction was 'seems to have missed the point' and 'why did you do that?' ..... it just looked strange, as I read more responses the 'problem' became very obvious. So if you get a response from your MP and are willing to share it (obviously redact personal details if you wish) this could be very useful.
