All hoovered up by the big hitters once limits were lifted at 16:00. Looks like ABLrate got this one about right. I was 10 minutes late for the 14:00 party, got what I wanted, but it was already about 70% filled. Do you know how much was left at 16:00?

I wasn't watching at exactly 16:00, but think it was around £30k to £40k. Was all gone a couple of minutes after that.

Indeed, I'm quite a fan of the 1% limit for a couple of hours but that is easy for me to say as I can usually be online during the day. Not so good for those can't get online though. Maybe a six hour limit period would give more folk a chance. Possibly a difficult balance for ABL to be even handed to both modest investors and big hitters/underwriters. LW It could be even more inclusive if the documents are posted at 5pm day before, limited bidding starts at 9am and the rest released at 5pm - or something like this that can allow more time for DD and a bigger window for those who are less flexible with their time.

I agree about posting documents earlier to allow more time for DD. Whilst it allowed time to possibly explain for the delay coming to the platform (LR) and the re-developed neighbouring properties found to be selling for cheaper, the mentor & co-investor, a highly experienced developer reason for partial financial exit wasn't. However, it doesn’t seem to a be a major problem for the platform at the moment as the loan was filled quickly regardless.

Due to repay on 18th June 2022 after a 4 month extension.
A short Admin note on the 15th saying it won't repay and the borrower looking for another extension.
It appears they are struggling to sell although the surrounding properties (see link earlier in this thread) have all gone.
Interest due on the 18th not paid and no further information.

Update
By a miracle, an update appears after I posted.
Three month extension requested and interest payment to be made.
