Yeah, i will be keeping up the pressure and if it is not done in a timely manner than the fraud dept will get involved. My bank said Kuflink is responsible for sorting it out and if they do not then it leave itself open for a fraud investigation. I've been trying to avoid using the word 'fraud' about Mangopay's activities, but I have to admit, given their repeated attempts to double-debit payments from peoples accounts, it's beginning to look increasingly suspicious. Any further payments I make to Kuflink will be via a direct bank transfer, would advise others to do the same. Agreed, bank transfer only. I stopped doing CC payments nearly 6 months ago but still payment taken Friday for for my last CC payment the start of the year. Multiple kuflink customers with duplicate withdrawals on the same day does not seem an accident or a mistake to me considering the record of Mangopay.

Maybe tagging kuflinkirlisa and kuflink a few times might gain their attention. Given the possibly small pool of posters on here, I suspect this has happened to a great many people this weekend. It needs sorting urgently. What worries me the most is that they charged me (again) for a deposit I made some 5 months ago. I didn't know they can just replay an old transaction months later without my authorisation. "I didn't know they can just replay an old transaction months later without my authorisation." Exactly. I also was charged for a deposit 5mths ago.

Somebody already posted a 1 star review on Trustpilot about this. kuflink / kuflinkirlisa I hope you'll issue some statement very soon explaining what caused multiple unauthorised payments being taken on Friday, and what you're doing to remediate the situation.

Is the money for the duplicate transactions appearing in your Kuflink account ?
For anything resembling financial malpractice, it is very unusual not to easily find other mentions or instances on the internet somewhere. Is it possible for this issue to be restricted to Kuflink only ?
FO and the FCA would normally be all over this. MangoPay doesn't appear to be a UK registered company.

Is the money for the duplicate transactions appearing in your Kuflink account ? No. I made a deposit in February and that's when it was credited to my Kuflink account, then it was debited to my bank account in March (a few weeks later for reason), and debited again last Friday, referencing the same February deposit date. For anything resembling financial malpractice, it is very unusual not to easily find other mentions or instances on the internet somewhere. Is it possible for this issue to be restricted to Kuflink only ? There are plenty of negative reviews for Mangopay on Trustpilot, for different issues. However, I made a deposit to Kuflink, not Mangopay. Their choice of payment processor is their problem.

I get the feeling MangoPay will be pointing the finger at Kuflink and the way they are using the api/interface. Could be a bug or out of date software.
Trustpilot, lol ? What do the chinese and russian government contractors and bots think of MangoPay ?!

No, withdrawal from bank account only. Original payment Feb 2022 and duplicated July 22nd. My bank says Kuflink has responsibility for repayment. They are registered in Luxembourg.

😅 I am a bit confused. How could Mangopay keep funding loans on Kuflink without instant debit from lenders? They have magic money pot from alternative universe?

Well, let’s hope no one with inside knowledge funding these loans with magic fund. It’s very tempting when these interest free loan / gift from Mangopay could be instantly available without credit check.

Did Kuflink sort this out ? You got the money repaid? Yes, I eventually got my money back. It took six weeks of me badgering Lisa Holmes for some resolution on this and much pressuring between her and Mangopay to get it settled and finally get the cash repaid. I think I would have stood little chance of them repaying without her intervention. She did intimate at the end of the episode that they were intending to drop Mangopay from their payments arrangements, clearly this hasn't happened as yet. I can only advise that you keep up the pressure on Kuflink and that it may take some time to get your cash back. All pretty unsatisfactory really, I'm amazed Kuflink are still dealing with this incompetent outfit... If Kuflink end up dropping out of using debit card collection I will lose my Halifax Reward purchases option - £5 a month x three cards. [And before you ask, these do stay in the Kuf wallet and go on to be invested but in the past have been partly withdrawn discretely next day] To the general point about the money coming out 'late' sometimes a) they have never 'double-dipped' yet and b) its three weeks 'free money' as Martin [Peace Be Upon Him] Lewis would say.

I also had duplicate payments from my bank over the weekend. I made 5 deposits to Kuflink in February with my debit card. All 5 transactions appeared on my bank statement on March 16th. These 5 were duplicated over the last weekend. Lisa confirmed this is a problem with MangoPay and is being looked into.

Not had an issue myself recently as I have been adding any capital by bank transfer.
Archover also use Mangopay and there was an issue a couple of weeks ago with a withdrawal held up by a few days (certainly AO blamed Mangopay) so issue likely to be at Mangopay not Kuflink

Ok update phone call from Kuff. As i understand it.... They (kuff) say magnopay appears to have taken unauthorized duplicate transactions from feb/march 2022, in kuff name, but not transferred the money to kufflink, so funds are with magnopay, Kuff became aware late on friday, but magnopay had gone home for the weekend, so kuff have spent monday having strong words with magnopay, and answering the "wheres my money??? inquiries". Kuff hope magnopay may return money tomorrow (tuesday). I and Kuff strongly suggest lenders check there bank accounts for errant transactions, and contact Kuff asap. I have been promised a followup phonecall.
I use halifax and after checking the errant transactions have no information attached to them, ie autherisation date, card ending in.... ect. just mgpkufflink
