Ditto A Pleasant surprise on a friday. pleasant surprise Indeed, I thought it may be oversubscribed and I'd miss out as the loan was open to all from the get go.

1k 3 month loan, hardly worth getting out of bed for...
Sat this one out, still a few VAT things I'm trying to figure out.
Loan hasn't drawn down yet. These loans have seperate and uncontrollable property transactions. Does the 10 day threshold for interest commencement apply ?
If these VAT refunds are signed, sealed and delivered at the outset why are the loan rates so high and why does it need a VAT expert rather than just your own accountant?
If there is going to be a high volume then the short duration doesn't matter so much.

After reconsidering, it probably is worth getting out of bed for. Instead of investing the same amount in Zopa for 12 months and maybe getting 2.5% , you can invest for 3 months and then spend it or buy premium bonds.

Exactly.10% not too shabby for 3 mths then reinvest that to further reap the benefits of compounding ..although you can get far better returns than premium bonds i think.

Have I missed some of these new and exiting vat loan offerings, or haven’t there been too many ?

I notice that the VAT loan in pending has now disappeared. Maybe a DD issue, it was meant to be launched this week.

Check the "Completed loans" page and there are 2 VAT loans listed. Looks like one sneaked out while we were not looking

Looks like one sneaked out while we were not looking The VAT loan that was due to be released this week i could not find under the completed loans. Wasn`t the 1st VAT loan funded inhouse, not available to PL investors unlike the 2nd one. ?
