Now you can buy from AliExpress and pay with PayPal that gives you the full PayPal cover,
I have bought loads of stuff from Ali including stock for me little shop ( simple stuff like ppe masks etc) and as long as you take some pics of the package as delivered in case of a dispute you will be ok.

I won't sell to America or Italy, too many bad experiences.
The Italian Postal system is dire, It can take a month from an item clearing customs to delivery. Americans tend to want compensation if an item takes a week to arrive, or will nitpick about the most minor mark.

Now you can buy from AliExpress and pay with PayPal that gives you the full PayPal cover, Have you ever had to invoke that cover against an AliExpress seller? Just wondering, as often the "fully covered" is a shrivelled fig-leaf. I'm thinking of the situation where Paypal say "Sure, you're covered. To comply with our terms, return the item to the seller. In China/Taiwan. At your own cost." You're never seeing that money back, and further out of pocket. When the item mysteriously "didn't arrive" or was "not the item we shipped" or ... then PayPal aren't quite as friendly? Enforcing consumer rights across boundaries like that isn't fun.

had that with a couple of eBay items supposedly in the UK but shipped from China, needed to return as not the right item, or arrived broken, the cost of sending it back exceeded the value of the item
