It really is hard to believe, but after all this mess they are trying to reduce the cost of labour again. The amazing thing is the first place the lower cost staff who are being asked to accept even lower wages was .... ask the Union for help.
Again I think the CEO needs to review his career in man management
Or possibly just a story made up by the unions?

Well it turns out the story was not made up by the unions but was a cockup by management
and now one of the things has broken down and is adrift
as they say "management get the workforce they deserve".

My sister has just tried to make a booking on P&O Ferries
1) Her request, a perfectly normal one, could not be managed on the standard system 2) So she called and tried to use chat for around 4 hours 3) At the end of 4 hours the staff and she worked out how to use the standard system which could almost do what she wanted but not there yet
4) Finally using the standard system and a manual work around she managed to book two people, in a cabin traveling with two bicycles. 5) Then their system would not take payment 6) On the second attempt it worked
I last used them about 6 years ago for the same journey (two people, one cabin, two bicycles) and back then the system didn't work either.
I don't think it is just HR that doesn't work at P&O Ferries
