Based on an affection for Estonia, I have decided to give Investly a go. I will report my progress. Stand by for action!

Investly is p2b platform facilitating loans to Estonian businesses. Since inception in Aug 2014, there appear to have been only 3 loans on the site, two of which are closed.
Encouraged by pleasant video presentation, the sign up and checks are not too arduous. Even quicker if you have an EU digital ID which was pioneered by the Estonian government and should be adopted as an EU standard. But you don't. So a scan of passport has to be uploaded. Money transfer is straight forward. Replies from customer support are quick, polite and amiable.
The business opportunity currently the site is a Tallinn based auto leasing company. While this is a reverse auction, the loan offer is for a small amount and is a bit stale looking. It has been open for bids for nearly a month and the countdown timer seems to be stuck at 4 days to go. It looks like the it is struggling to fill at 20% which is the maximum the leasing company will charge their own customers, according to their website. So I wonder if it is worth taking part as it should surely be rejected even if it did fill. But having transferred the money, it would be a wasted effort not to so here goes.....
Darn! No investment for you, sucker! Nope, my account set up is still not complete apparently inspite of previously being accepted by the system.
End of report.
Edit... Changed from 4 days to 3 days to go at noon, so the countdown is working.

As the customer support is so quick to help me, it is fair that I am quick to update here. My problems solved and investment made. The site is easy to use and good clear information once bid is accepted. I am of course running the English version of the site, and G Translate helps any further research.
There is no secondary market and I'm outside my comfort zone here, so its all very speculative. The friendliness of the staff and nicely written site are reassuring enough to have got me on my way to backing the renaissance of Estonia. Or something. Fingers crossed!
