Arrrggghhh. Requested a withdrawal from a company account held at Lendy on the 3rd March. Today (19 days later), they emailed me and said AML not complete and they needed Proof of address docs. This despite them having emailed 20 months ago to say AML was completed on 7th Jul 2021 and also having processed a previous withdrawal back then.
Anything to delay the process, create more admin, rack up more fees.. ....

Received a payment on 17th March with no problems. Have a feeling they are paying out according to surnames alphabetically and mine happens to be well down the packing order.

Withdrawals are taking anything up to a month. All you can do is sit and fidget

You would think they would send out an email to say money was on account, but then again that would probably cost us thousands.
I just made my withdrawal, I await £6.24. Actually I don't, I didn't bother withdrawing it.

Actually I don't, I didn't bother withdrawing it. May I suggest you correct your estimate of cost to state "many thousands". Back in the 1950's I was first employed as an articled clerk to a firm of chartered accountants in Croydon. My salary was £3 10s per week. Part of my job involved me running various errands. On one occasion I was required to take a package of documents to a firm of solicitors in the City of London a distance of less than 20 miles. I carried out the task on my BSA Bantam motor cycle. It took me less than two hours and on my return I was invited to raise a petty cash voucher for what the journey would have cost had I travelled by train and underground, I was then duly recompensed. My guess would be that such a journey would have cost less than £2.00. The documents related to a firm that was in receivership and was being wound-up by one of the Senior partners. Not long after I was instructed to put together a document relating to this winding-up and to my surprise there was a bill for the delivery of said documents to the solicitor in the sum of £30.00. My understanding is that not much has changed in the last sixty or so years within the world of winding-ups, liquidations and receiverships and charges are still verging on extortion!

3rd April withdrawal received today. Things seem to be speeding up a bit (or requests have substantially reduced).

I hadn't bothered withdrawing as i was assuming there would only be a few quid (and couldnt be bothered logging in to check). Got an email yesterday advising me there was over £500 waiting to be withdrawn. So i guess if they are proactively asking people to withdraw now the the queue must have come down quite a bit.

administration also extended for another 2 years. cost so far 5.2 million. must still be plenty of meat left on the bones of our loans.what a cash cow p2p is turning out to be for the legals and administrators who seem to have a free hand without any liability to do what they soddin well like.

Why on earth the crooks team can make interim distribution payment in a single payment same day as the email sent while RSM makes it as long as possible with weeks of delay?
