Turns out the wife invested in this shower quite some years back, she's not well and has no idea how much she put in there. I just discovered the account on her hidden login and password sheet. I have the login details but it seems there is no website anymore? There also appears to be zero emails from Collateral though sure there must be some updates? Anywho, how to find out how much she put in there?

She should've received an e-mail from BDO (administrators) on 27th June 2018 (or near that date) with the attachment outlining the sum she had in Collateral. the title of e-mail is "Collateral Companies – Proof of Debt Form". The Collateral website went dead 6 years ago. EDIT: if this fails you can try contacting BDO investorcollateral@bdo.co.uk

The email same as df suggests, investorcollateral@bdo.co.uk I found I needed to search in the 'all mail' tab to find my "Collateral Companies – Proof of Debt Form" and I thought I had em all in a 'BDO' folder.

I've been with Col for only 13 months so the interest I've received (all withdrawn) offsets only 9.3% of my current balance did you buy or inherit an account ? as it went bust 5 years ago, so I don't see how else you got in 13 months ago

Started June 2016 to close Jan/Feb 2018, approx 20 months. My post above was in my dreams as if I was still receiving my monthly interest, silly I know.

This is been going on so long now I have forgotten, but what happened to the payments they were going to start making last year.If they keep delaying this I will be to old to spend or dead

We are due for a yearly update in May, perhaps we will find out then?
