We are glad to inform that we have new project available for investors. The developer is seeking for 80 000 Eur to finance the purchase of 11 land plots close to seaside, where to build private houses. Interest rate: 13% loan period: 18 months LTV: 54% The auction will close in 9 days Moreover, we have found an anchor investor, who are interested in lending the whole sum. But we would like to give an opportunity to small investors as well, therefore the remaining part will be financed by our anchor investor. The loan will be withdrawn anyway, so it's good time to try out our service. The loan application itself is here. In case you have questions or need additional information feel free to contact us.

yorkshiremanEstonia. Give me Yorkshire any day. Or night. Despite that bl**dy cold wind off the North Sea!! In June 2013 we visited St Petersburg which isn't that far from the Russian / Estonian border and temperatures were in the region of 26/27C so the Estonian seaside might be OK!

Quite right. Continentality and all that stuff. I was thinking more of whether I would invest in Estonia, and chose Yorkshire. I used to go near Barnsley occasionally to a specialist plant nursery, and younggrumpy hostelled in the N Yorkshire Moors and Robin Hood's Bay in the 1970s. I have cousins are in Harrogate - they act in the theatre there a few times each year. I ought to visit more often really.

You’re obviously a man with excellent taste OG, in view of those comments I will nominate you as a honorary Tyke. You mention continentality, are you familiar with the antonym? English newspaper headline: “Fog in English Channel, continent cut off”

I love Yorkshire, had many visits 'Up North' in my childhood days to see my grandmother, and have distant relatives scattered around there. Oh, and Yorkshire tea is the best .
