Anyone used these yet? c12% pa on low LTVs where Capital Mortgages Direct re-assign short term, asset backed loans they have already originated. Looks like online pawn broker where you're directly assigned to individual loans (& I guess reliant on default procedures getting the asset if someone did a runner!). www.moneything.com/aboutAs part of my platform DD I go back over all threads. You can imagine my surprise at being the MT introducer, catching Ed off-guard and bengil bert off to check the set-up structure. Cutting a long RS (and short SS) story short, I'm very happy to have finally rediscovered MT two years later and, while looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship, am still left pondering the what might have beens!

Afternoon, As picked up on another thread, we have just been requested the redemption figures for loans MTAG575 & MTAG563 (totalling £975,000 against land with planning in Bradford for student accommodation). As such, it is likely this loan will redeem just before Christmas. Kind regards, Ed Just to confirm, the noted minimum 3 months interest will be paid to lenders upon redemption. Regards, Ed. But INTEREST up until 180117?
