No thanks. I can't tell you how much time and effort I have put in coping with the truly awful transaction history they produce. If I had know when I started with them what I know now, I would never have used them. To be fair, the new system is a considerable improvement. I haven't yet found out whether I still need to track bid principals and margins to work out what a transaction record means. Here's hoping not. Shudder. Just use the tax statement It's great if the tax statement meets your requirements. However it doesn't meet all mine (or I would use it; I'm not that stupid).

I have to say the tax statement doesn’t give me what I want - interest earned only ie not bought and SM capital price differences - and found the old transaction data hellish (at least on FS I could derive the above from different website sources).
The new UI however is dreamy <3 .

Quite a few updates on site today including Wigan, Putney and Lytham, but nothing to get too excited about .

Three offers on the Lytham default is as exciting as it gets for me.
Still peeved that I went into a loan without really checking what a decrepit old house in Lytham might be worth. Not as much as an optimistic valuer who was under the impression it was freehold apparently. Still, he was able to tell us that it was near the job centre and that St Annes was a highly regarded area.

Several updates just uploaded in relation to defaulted loans. Given the circumstances of these defaults I believe that MT are acting in our best interests. The outcomes to date are possibly the best that can be achieved within reasonable time frames.
