I have just registered with Landbay following an email received from 4th Way extolling the virtues of same. Wishing to spread my P2P/B loans I tried to transfer a sum of money to Landbay but neither Debit Card nor Bank transfer worked. I then went to their 'Live Chat' button, asked a question and received no response. Is there an issue?

I'd no cause to try them yesterday but usually LB are very responsive (often it's the Chief Exec who calls / emails) so perhaps someone was away from the office yesterday. Suggest try calling them this morning (0207 960 6550)
