As far as I know there is no mechanism for finding out about pipeline loans? With in/out money transfers being relatively slow with FK this is a bit of a pain. Is there a way that I don't know about for finding out about stuff in the pipeline? kayfundingknight nicky

Thank you for your query. I understand your desire to explore our pipeline, however, experience has shown us that a pipeline can only ever show what we are working on at the time and not the actual loans that will ultimately be offered at auction. So much can change and very quickly; our credit team uncovering materially adverse issues within their analysis of a case, paperwork slow to be/not being returned, the circumstances of the borrower changing. We prefer to not over-promise or raise expectations and only announce loans when they are ready to go ahead. I do appreciate that when gaps appear on our site and there are no new loans to offer this can be frustrating for both you and for us and at times there will inevitably be a feast or a famine.
Keep with us, we do have a healthy pipeline of loans and we are doing all we can to keep offering viable loans to our lenders.
Don't forget to keep using our active secondary market, our Loan Exchange."

The loan exchange would be more active with a fee less than 1% to use it. I appreciate that FK doesn't charge 1% lender fees like Flimsy Cardboard (as well as 0.25% secondary market fee), but neither do AC or SS, and they allow 0% fee sales.

I agree and have made this point to FK before. I think that the FC method is quite smart because often the 1% is forgotten or goes unnoticed and the .25% gets noticed but seems reasonable and not a barrier.
