I would be happy with bid limits on these loans (say 10% max) which would allow more investors a bite. I prefer that to round robin because it would provide greater diversification.

I would prefer ANY automated method of distributing these loans so that I wouldn't have to keep look out all the time.
You might say 'well just don't bother looking out for them' but I take up to £200 if it's there which makes the automatically allocated parts pale into insignificance, so I am kicking myself every time I miss one.
If the opportunity didn't exist then I wouldn't worry about it and my blood pressure could return to its normal range.

I spoke too Ashwin last week about this issue, as it's becoming nigh on impossible to catch these and even the business loans nowadays. He agreed that it was becoming unfair and confirmed they would be addressing the issue with some sort of bid limit system very soon.

It would be great to have some notice of when these items will go live I logged in after 20 minutes and only a few pence left. Also a smaller bid limit would be better.

Should have been £50 limit for 12 hours. I'd say £25 for 6k loan No brainer solution mathematically loan value/ number of investors with funds as base line then rounded down to nearest £10 as the 12 hour bid limit. Allows people to move money in and invest that did not have money available. Should then soak up all the loan.

The current first 1 (potentially) does not. As with all these things it's very subjective.

I think getting money deposited within 12 hours is a tad optimistic under the new regime. Deposits are only processed once per weekday in the morning, and based on a deposit I made last weekend Monday seems to be excluded as it didn't appear until Tuesday.

Good point n maybe rito or @ashwin could take this into consideration when timing the release of the loan after the email is sent out.
