did anyone get this loan on autolend? I logged in by chance and got a slice of it but can't figure out why it wasn't picked up by the autolend function I managed to get the last £22. The loan was too small to be divided up by autolend, so such loans just get listed as and when they become available.

thanks. Unbolted does seem to have a somewhat "original" approach.

£1500 of a business loan just become available. Thanks hantsowl. Rito on chat confirmed this is not covered by the provision trust but is covered by directors guarantee (according to Rito this significantly reduced risks of default but does not mean better recovery).

A rare book loan. Is the outstanding rare book loan prefunded, the terms look good but quite hefty for a newer platform to hold unfilled?

Half of it already gone, and at 36% LTV against seemingly conservative valuations, probably not that surprising. Good way to reduce cash drag here and gain a more reasonable foothold in unbolted for me.

The latest business loan shows the irrationality of lenders or a lack of the mass market knowledge of the platforms existence. I am stunned that a ltv of less than 40% where the valuation is a combination of lower end estimates in sales where the items surpassed this level.
No brainer diversification.
Little irritated about an after hours email saying "hey! Look at me" to be stuck with funds in limbo overnight. Several people sat refreshing browser this morning waiting for their deposits to appear. Could be handled better but great that a loan has been communicated that was not part of auto allocate rather than waiting for people to come accross it by chance.
More biggies like this please but time it so people can get deposits on site to bid on the same day.

I agree Ben. By playing with max bid I always beat the £25 pre fund at coll. I mostly beat the second round too. I regularly get very good allocations and have never hit my rediculous bid limit. Some people are just not comfortable making a deposit and not making the decisions so they ignore unbolted. Great. More left for us.
