Damn that was quick. I got my fill before posting. Shame the secondary market is still "under consideration". I understand and agree the reasons why but it would be good to have at par for selli g. However, ig this hapoens then we are likely to see botmeisters snaffuing everything in sight similar to elsewhere. I think if you contact Ashwin/support they will most likely oblige and put your loan part for sale on the Buy Loans. I've not tried myself but if you recall the classic car was placed on Auto Lend and Ashwin said to contact them if you didn't want your allocation. I assume this isn't encouraged because of the extra work load? I'd prefer they focus efforts on new loans.

I am aware of the service they kindly offer as a low volume service but it is unfair on such a small outfit if everyone wants the service piecemeal currently due to staffing in my opinion.

Unbolted have already stated if you depseprately need to sell for whatever reason then they will list the items. To me that is all that is needed it helps out the few that get an unexpected bill and it stops the majority who will use the secondary market as away to reduce the risk. At the moment it is hard enough to get decent amounts invested without people buying more then they want and then try to sell. You just need to look on FS as soon as loan launches some come ont he secondary market.

I saw an update to this thread, and checked the site to see a small loan this morning that was fully funded but not by auto-loan. This wasn't the big gold renewal which is still available at £4.5k ish as you've said. Will try and engage brain before posting

(Also 156k of an arty book thingy.) the book loan has been available for a long time and those that usually post on here have already filled their boots with it so it gets ignored. other loans tend to be reported in this thread, maybe we should have a thread just for the purpose of forum members helping each other to buy new loans.

Interesting concept, a chat room without chatter! I get what you mean though. If someone trips over a loan then just post loan ID and amount available with category or interest rate, after taking your fill of course.

Yes. I have this thread set to email me whenever a post is added so it is sometimes a bit of an anti-climax.

I have not been lending on Unbolted for very long. There does seem to be a good flow of loans. Is this usual or have the number of loans increased recently? I must admit I have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly my funds have been lent out.

Usually quite a few lonas during the week if you want to get big money invested then it is not that easy but it chips away at it and is hands of.
