Hi savy
How does your secondary market work as it looks like people just invest in a loan then immediately put the loan up for sale with a nice premium added on top so in effect attempting to rip off some unsuspecting lender who doesn't understand what he/she is buying. Am I correct in thinking that the amount column is the figure that you would pay for a loan.
Loan 101880 stands out to me as the amount is 5.75 Euros but the loan will only ever recover 5.28 Euros.

Hi toffeeboy,
You're right, the amount column shows the sum you would have to pay for the loan. We do not want to limit the discount or premium of a loan, that is why it's important to carefully look at what you are investing in. The search filters really help find the kind of loans a person is looking for and we suggest our investors use this feature.
Have you had any other problems with the SM and do you think the filters we offer are sufficient?

Hi savy,
could you shorten the second market sale process to less clicks/pages? I currently need click on Sell button, then filling form and clicking on next, wait for Agreement page and again click on sell. As the communication with DB is very slow it takes almost one minute to complete one sale offer. And as the sale process has so many steps it is not possible to open multiple windows and do sales offers parallel because only variables from one sale are being stored properly. I think the form and agreement (as pdf attachment or clickable link) could be on one page like competitors have. Thanks

From what I've seen on this forum Savy is one of the platforms preferred by experienced P2P investors. I am a beginner in this area and I would like to invest 20% of my portfolio on this platform because I like that "Provision Fund" and the default rate is small, but I see there are no loans available at the moment and I the fear of staying with the uninvested money.
If anyone can help me with advice, tell me if it's just temporary.
Thanks.

You need to go through ai, 99% of the loans are filled up by the ai.
