For the original non-July shipping containers loan, why were two identical interest payments made on Tuesday evening to my account, each being one full month's worth of interest as displayed in the loan details and each on the same capital value, the amount I have left in this loan?

Correction applied to balance. However I think that the interest earned on dashboard is now overstated.
Suspect the function used to calc this only pays attention to transactions of "interest repayment" and doesn't see the correction transaction as something effecting the interest specifically.

When I have all of the schizzle sorted here I will be going on a roadtrip to see people. The in-laws are in Bath so Devon is sufficiently "close" for me to justify going on a trip and sufficiently "far" for me to justify making that trip a whole day |

There have been corrections to instant returns too which almost certainly need the same treatment to ensure the instant returns totals is correct when you get around to showing it on dashboard and on the long overdue tax statement etc.

The 'extra' payment is still showing on 'My Financial Account'. If like me anybody transfers this information to a spreadsheet (for the tax return calc) this will lead to excess interest being declared if not noticed 
now that is close to home, in fact it is home!
