Ed, that is nearly double your total business to date, and an average of >£6500 per EOI. I hope it's a really attractive proposition when we see it, otherwise your conversion ratio might be on the low side. I made that just under 29.4k on average... ? Either way, massive numbers and would move MTs scale up a notch or two. Yes it's over £6500 per registered user and nearly £30k per EOI. Sorry.

Would I be right in guessing those in the 4001-5000 band were all 5000?
Cheers

Would I be right in guessing those in the 4001-5000 band were all 5000? No guessing needed. That is the only mathematically possible answer for 21 people paying in a total of £105,000 with the 4001 to 5000 constraint.

Yup, I'm one of those giving an EOI for £5000, but would be prepared to double this when more information becomes available. Is this okay Ed?

These numbers are all just EOIs at this stage (not pledges), and therefore anticipate investors indicated participation to withdraw/decrease/increase once all the information is presented. (Now at £4.3m from 132 responses) Kind regards, Ed

No! That's it now you are locked in for the duration!

Shame it's not going ahead (email just arrived) but I think it reaffirms my confidence in the platform

Ed has generated a huge confidence in MoneyThing from lenders and his decision here will only reinforce that. It would have been tempting to take the money and risk it, but three cheers for a brave decision
