I got 6.1 yesterday too. 6. 1 getting matched again tonight. I am 29k off the front of the 6.1 queue at the minute. hopefully it's the start in a slight upturn in rates!

I've been out of five year for a couple of weeks. Several peaks at 5.8%/5.9% on the three year (most recent one today*), and a few "save for later" 3.6%-3.8% investments have looked after repayments. We didn't get the late month spike on five year in November. Maybe people will withdraw their repayments to pay for Christmas, and the rates will rise a bit.
*within hours RS have "found" borrowers only "offering" 4.8%, so "lend it right now" is emblazoned as 4.8% for the uninitiated.

5.6 on the three year market. Looks as if it was meant to be 4.6!

I had money in the 3 year market at 5.2, no takers. Moved it up to 5.6 and it was taken instantly.

Extraordinary. Which RS hamster had too much sherry with his seed last night, Kev? I'd be in there sharpish if it were not for the fact that I usually lurk around (off piste) waiting for 5.8 to 6% on that market. 66K still to go! All lenders from 4.3% to 5.5% being bypassed.

Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedWhatever is going on today with 3 year? I snagged a goodly chunk while it was going. As of a moment ago, market rate is 4.3% while there is 34k in the queue at 5.6%. How very odd.

My fault entirely. I moved all my unmatched, bar a ten quid marker, from 6.5% to 6.4% yesterday morning. That marker went yesterday afternoon...

Oh! I wonder why my 6.4% and all the rest below it to 6% are still there unmatched. Another RS abnormality? Maybe your stuff went this morning before this morning's repayments were posted.

Probably ... I missed the 6.5% yesterday cos I had dropped my rate to 6.4% earlier to make sure my millions were not stranded until January.

Had a quick look at the 3yr market this morning and there was more than £400k on offer at 4.3%.
I was going to post a flippant remark about it taking longer to shift than Christmas leftovers, but (surprise surprise) half has gone already (unlike the turkey which will last well into next week).
