Just recently dipped my toe in property moose, looking at the figures it does not look like it will compare with the likes of M/T, SS etc profit wise but looks an interesting choice for something a bit different. I am currently in PV 28,29 and 30 and will probably join 31, anyone else in these?

Not those, I'm in 10, 21, 23, 25 and 27. - only small amounts in each. I'm stopping there for a while, too much on other platforms at the moment and I only have limited funds

I have put some money into SPV 31, new to the P2P game and am just dipping my toes in the water across 4 platforms.

Small amounts in 16,18,20,21,22 and 23. Not much rental income so far, though. Hope they pick up. Will stick to RS and AC for short term 30 day accounts and MT and SS for the riskier 12% stuff.

I am aiming for a portfolio of 20 properties, just 1 or 2 shares in each. Well on the way. The platform has potential IMO but success depends on their ability as landlords. If OK this is any easy way of investing in BTL which can be a real hassle to do directly and is very vulnerable to a bad tenant if you have only a few properties.

I have a property that is rented out currently , tenants moving out, they have been good, but know too many other people that have had nightmares with tenants, so might look at investing this way instead, spread it out a bit, I am quite happy to get less for less hands on. From looking at it property moose will be making most of their money when selling the houses on so is there interest to find properties that will increase in value, although I am more interested in the ones that have rental potential
