propertymoose - I notice on my dashboard that for each property the investment end date is exactly 2 or 3 years from my personal investment. I thought the investments ended when the property was sold. What happens to my "part" (and rental income) after the ending of my investment and the property being sold? - or is this just a "bug" in the system

I would assume at this point the dates are purely arbitrary - have you ever known a property to sell instantly on a predictable timescale?!

I would have expected the end dates shown to be on the anniversary of the acquired date rather than each investors investment date

Hmm yeah I did kinda expect it to be the acquire date as well......tho haven't recognised any as being linked into my investment dates (probably just not paying attention enough). But since I don't expect any of them to end on time I'm not too bothered. Will be interesting to see what PM say anyway

I would guess from acquire date to but as put before I would not expect it to end on that date

It is now 19.42 on 26.11 and the site seems to be partially down. It will not display my portfolio.

Still not working nearly 24 hours later at 17.52 on 27.11.
It lists the portfolio but when I click on SPV5 or SPV7 I get an error "Could not load investment details". Other SPVs are OK.
Could someone who holds either of these please check.
