I got the 66% message the first time it appeared for me as well and now have an amount showing on my Dashboard as "Bids on Proposed Loans".
As this is my first primary / direct purchase can you tell me if that means I am "in" and it will move to my loans list once loan is drawn down or am I in limbo?
BTW - Less than £1k so shouldn't be scaled back.
Thanks

Agreed - hopelessly slow to refresh then unable to bid.
Guess the Containers will go the same way..........

I suspect some fast-fingered person leapt in with a £50k+ bid more or less instantly ...

Wow, this Secured Loan to a Fund Manager went fast. When I was refreshing the page from 12:30 and when the loan appeared it was already 66% invested, by the time I clicked invest button and put my bid, the loan went to -12k Ditto. Waste of my time even trying. 66% invested by the time I got the loan on screen (couldn't even get the loan on screen until nearly 30 seconds late!!!!!) Can anyone see how many investors it took to fill the loan? I also will withdraw from ABL if this situation cannot be improved.

Not impressed - there was allegedly plenty left but I just kept getting a message saying I was trying to invest more than my available funds, when actually it was less My experience exactly.

I won't be impressed if this ends up straight on the SM at a premium

As with the previous posters a poor bidding experience; snail-like responsiveness of the site and the message that I was under-funded to make the bid ... which I was not.
AbleRate - I like the site, the offerings and the interaction on this forum ... but the weak loan supply yet huge demand is an big issue! For the volume of offerings that you have at present, I would seriously suggest that you copy MT and limit bids so that you can build & maintain a loyal band of early-adopters until such a time as when you really have the multi-million £ loans that we are all hoping for.

Except it looks like it was my mistake and I did actually get some, so if that WAS your experience then worth re-checking your balance. Unless you had some pence from a loan repayment in which case it could be that it was actually rounded up (I deliberately didn't bother trying to invest my entire balance because of this)

Likewise based on some previous posts about pennies I didn't try the whole balance, plus I figured it would be two less digits to type ..... !!!

And this is so called investing?
After this and previous experiences, you might find that you have more chance of winning the lottery than investing with Ablrate.

I'd have liked to have bid on this one, but how do I know when the loan is going to appear ? Is there a text message alert system or some such we can sub to ? I'd like a slice of the container loans - but have no idea when they will be up
