Greetings!
The plan for the next container loan is this :
1. Borrower will repay the maturing loan in the morning. 2. The new loan will go up at 11.30am or whenever my toddler's swimming lesson finishes (whichever is sooner). 3. All lenders will be notified by email of the timing and new procedure. 4. You will all be able to see the loan in your "New Loans" tab. 4. Maximum allocation will be £2,000. Minimum bid will be £100. You can bid for more as I don't have a way of stopping it at the moment, but it will be futile. Bids have to be fully funded. 5. Bids will close around 9pm. 6. There will be two buttons. Do NOT use "Invest". Use "Pledge" to input your amount. 7. The same night, I will allocate loan parts based primarily upon a pro rata of pledges but there may be a slight bias towards investors in the maturing loan. 8. If all goes smoothly, I will click a button and everything will be done. 9. In a worst case, I will have to have a bit of a fiddle the next day to sort it out.
Full instructions will be in the email on Monday night/Tuesday morning.

Thanks for the kindness of the long pledge window! That set up should do nicely and I suspect you're going to get over 100% in pledges with no trouble at all while still getting lots of customers getting some part of the loan.

Will we be able to identify it by the title 'Container of Loaves and Fishes'?

And after the 5,000 investors had been fed from the loan, Andy said 'let the spare parts be collected in baskets'. And twelve baskets were filled with spare parts of the loan, which were then placed on the secondary market at par, and every investor who wished for second helpings was fully satisfied.

Is this still on and with the same timeline? Just conscious that I've not seen the email suggested above about this.

Sorry yes.... I think! The borrower texted me at 7pm just as I was about to wallop the "Send" button. He is checking some technical specs overnight with the manufacturer. Should have a reply when we wake up but if not it will be the next day. I didn't want to send a holding pattern email but will update tomorrow morning on the timeline.

How do we know if pledges were correctly received and registered? There is no mention of this in the dashboard or in the loan page. Will the system send a confirmation email?

Hi,
the term sheet (which I guess is the legally binding doc?) states 14% - is that correct?
