Yes, that agent fee looks spectacular to me, too... 3.6% of the sale price. And the reply...? <raises eyebrows> Wow again. I was surprised when doing probate stuff that agents in Cornwall were charging 2%...(made them really work for it tho!)...but 3 ?!?!
