All paid back on mine now, although they didn't have the decency to pay the extra day interest. Same outcome for me. Just as well that the amount due on that particular day was only small

No repayments so I just called CS. They told me the 3 year market is repaying now, with rolling and 1 yr complete. They hope that the 5 year (and thus everything) will be completed by 6.30pm (I see 6pm was mentioned to someone above). I queried when the cut off for next day withdrawal was and they said 8pm. Let's see. I am 100% 5 year market. My understanding from CS was this is impacting everyone, not just a "small number" of lenders. If you ignore the knock-on effect on the formation of new loans, it only affected lenders who were due interest on the day. I'd guess that would be a minority of lenders.

Plus all those whose rolling market loans matured on 17th. Given that this was a Monday that's usually £5-6 million worth based on the demand for new loans.

Combination of large early repayments (&/or defaults purchased by PF) and the run delay has left a flood of money on the market. I note that the RS loanbook has shrunk this month, so serious shortfall in demand compared with supply of funds.

Payment issue: Resolved
"As you may be aware (not!!!!!) due to a system upgrade, we recently experienced a delay with some of our payment settlements for the rolling market. As a result, some of our lenders did not receive their scheduled repayments.
The delay on Monday prevented lenders from receiving their scheduled contract repayments for that day. As of yesterday evening, all scheduled repayments should have been received and handled according to your reinvestment settings.
As the repayments were delayed by a day, we will be crediting an additional day’s worth of interest, as a separate credit. The additional interest will be credited to your holding account by end of the day tomorrow.
We would like to offer our sincere apologies for this delay and for any concern this may have caused.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards The RateSetter Team"
Plus a flurry of 3.0, 3.1% in Rolling went out...!
BUT, Last Matched Rates Rolling 2.7% at 19:37
1 Year 2.7% at 19:14
5 Year Income 5.5% at 19:10

I haven't had any reply from CS to my email sent on 17th evening yet! ruralres66 , have you received that elusive credit for that extra day of interest? Does it show on your holding account and in Account History (assuming that the reply you received from CS was before 19th October)?

I had nearly £2000 of repayments delayed........ Who else had the email notice and apology I received please?

I did, and still don't see a credit to my holding account for the interest - but we haven't reached the end of today yet, and my rolling market repayments on 17/10 wouldn't have generated more than a few pennies interest anyway.

It's been a strange very volatile week. My 5.9% offers were cleared out on Monday and again overnight.

I got the general email yesterday, a reply to my complaint email today and the extra interest has been credited to my holding account. Actually it's been allocated as "cash back" not "interest" so presumably it's not taxable, not that it really matters for one day @ 3%.

The most recent entry on my statement is dated 27-Oct-16 and shows a balance, however, this amount does not show on the Account Summary page.
Anyone else having a problem with RS payment processing today?
Edit: Monday morning, looks OK now, someone has pressed the switch and transactions dated from yesterday on have appeared

I'm not sure, but as I say the last entry on the statement is for Thursday and the balance shown does not match the value shown on the summary.
