Or else you can do what all of us "MT old-timers" did (before the excellent SM was launched) and progressively invest over several months as new loans launch in order to build diversification. That looks like the only option. Anyone want to swap some of the annex commercial development with some of the recently issued managed portfolio or anything else? ☺

I have had a fair amount of the older loans but guess that was probably as SM was new then people have got rid of what they wanted now

To think the biggest barrier to diversification on MT is the very small number of borrowers on the platform. I'm already lending double or triple my usual amount per borrower on a P2P platform and I'm reaching the point at which I won't be able to loan any more even though I like the platform and it's approach. Unfortunately it will take time I think that MT is one of the newer ones but in the last few months has been a large increase in loans
