In an attempt to keep a watching brief on the changing rates, I frequently check the graphs at Ratesetter Info -> RateTrends and then select just the last month or two, as recent detail is obviously lost in the 5 year graph.
This always worked fine until the start of 2016; now any change of the date range from default leads to a completely blank graph.
Sure, I can download the csv file abd look at it in a spreadsheet, but that is a bit tedious for a quick look.
Is this a problem that anyone else is seeing? I'm assuming that the code was broken by the year change.
regards,
Dermot

Yes, this happens if you alter the From dates and keep 2016 in as the To date year the graph is not displayed, if you alter the To year the dropdown box only displays years up to 2015. This has been happening since the start of the year, looks like RS have not caught up to 2016.
I use this to page to find the MR which I cannot at present, not sure if there is another easy way to find these rates.

If I am using a touchscreen device to access the site (both my Android phone and my Windows 10 tablet computer exhibit the problem), on the 'Your Portfolio' page, I cannot select the 'By Date' radio button. Nor can I change the state of the product check boxes. It works fine using a mouse.

Happens on the iPad too, and also on my Windows 10 touchscreen laptop.

IT have still not added the 2016 date to the drop down menu. Tell them to fill it in to 2020, and activate the graphs then we might stop mithering you for a while. I said "might". Edit 15:47 Referring to the image shown below, I can now get all the graph and daily figures, but only if I take the full range from September 2010. Any other date range selection, such as the one shown in my image, results in total loss of graph and figures.Attachments:

This still has not been fixed. I could not find today's 5 yr market rate this morning. This is what was on my screen if I tried to alter the "from" from 2010 to 2015. No graph. No rates for today when moving the red line. It only works if you leave the start on September 2010. Attachments:
