Is the site down this morning? All I can see is jumbled characters and it locks if I hit the sing in tab .... been having this issue for the last 40 minutes (since 7am) All other sites working so not my net connection ...... Try singing in a different key! That should stave off the problem.

Hmm, I'm getting a msg to the effect that "members.ratesetter.com" can't be found (www.ratesetter.com is still OK). Something definitely gone strange with the RS website..

Everything looks OK at my end - this doesn't solve anything for those who have been reporting problems, but I'm happy .

Still trickling out of 6.4% about £236K before 6.5% is in view.... could well happen later today, or tomorrow.... unusual for the first week of the month. I've still got the mockers on GSV3MIaC 's connection ... don't want the likes of him slapping £200K in at 5.7%!!!!

Dunno what the problem was with DNS in my router, but it is all fixed now (was definitely router, since tablet devices were showing the same issue).

westonkevRS , whilst you're nudging IT, I have a minor bug to report. If I am using a touchscreen device to access the site (both my Android phone and my Windows 10 tablet computer exhibit the problem), on the 'Your Portfolio' page, I cannot select the 'By Date' radio button. Nor can I change the state of the product check boxes. It works fine using a mouse. I was coming on to post about this problem too. Happens on the iPad too, and also on my Windows 10 touchscreen laptop. Just noticed this morning that this bug has been fixed

Mmm, still not working for me on PC (IE or Firefox) nor tablet. Will try rebooting router. Edit: Rebooting router worked.

I wonder if their IP changed or something, since that's a couple of us had problems at the DNS stage?

Website down again? edit: back up now For some unfathomable reason this was scheduled for 11am this morning only. Not sure why, but this was only going to be for a minute and was unavoidable. Some type of switch-over. I suppose they thought that for such a small time no-one would notice.... They've obviously never read the comments of oldgrumpy ...
