Do propertymoose still provide the 3% pa payment once you invest until the property purchase & full funds are raised? I've had one peyment whihc does not equate to the time length involved & another with zero payment as well. I thought that rule was still applicable!

They pay the 3% until the funds are raised so if you invest now on PV32 for example they pay the 3% until it reaches 100% then they stop so if it then takes a further month or so to acquire it you get nothing for that bit

Thanks for clarifying ben. I was under the impression the 3% was paid until the property is purchased, not till it reaches 100%

It's a good way to counter the "Oooh, I fancy that, but I'll wait until it gets nearer to filling rather than leave my money waiting for weeks" problem.

Yes seems a very good idea wish a few other sites would do similar with the bigger loans that take awhile to fund

I would have thought PM would have been better buying them like PP does then they do not need to pay out the interest on the balance hold and will probably get people to invest a bit quicker even at the moment some start slow and then speed up pretty quick towards the end, the interest is nice but I guess a lot of people rather leave it elsewhere then move it accross when nearly full

AIUI they don't actually pay any interest. A nominal sum is supposed to be deducted from set up costs but I have not been able to confirm it has been done.
