As the loan is deemed personal, we are unable to disclose detailed personal information on the borrower and or security.
The borrower is in receipt of a substantial guaranteed pension income and can comfortably service the monthly interest payments on the loan. The mortgage and this loan is a modest 56% LTV.
The borrower’s mortgage ends in 3 years time and their mortgage is completely up to date with no payments missed. The borrower will be selling their property before the mortgage comes to an end which is also when this loan will be redeemed.
