Afternoon,
I would be grateful if registered MoneyThing investors could vote on this poll as to whether they receive emails from us regarding new loans (as opposed to platform generated emails around registration, deposit/withdrawal confirmations, etc.). Note: we also post on the forum when we send these types of email.
We are just in the process of reviewing our mail provider as there are a few email domains which are blocking our loan notification emails and would like to ascertain how much of a problem it is for investors at the moment before we do anything.

Yes I do now that I have changed my email address. Previously on a TalkTalk address I did not.

Afternoon,
Thank you to all those that voted on this poll. It seems that our emails are getting through.
For those that emailed in to notify us that they were not, were either TalkTalk customers (which they have kindly provided an alternate email address), or simply unintentionally opted-out of receiving emails upon initial registration.

do you know if Blueyonder's emails are now getting through? I've had to switch to my gmail account to receive your emails reliably and if things are now sorted I'd prefer to switch back to my 'default' Blueyonder account...
