I have just noticed something of which I was unaware. The scenario ............ Bid and win for four 10.5% loan parts at £25 each, and two more parts at 10.5% for £50 each. Total investment £200. Look at your loan book, and what have you got? Six loan parts to sell as and when necessary. WRONG!!You've got two £100 loan parts, which will be more difficult to sell, ( and you may only want to sell a couple of £25 parts!!) I have e-mailed FK to try to get this practice stopped, even reversed. I hadn't noticed it before. I want all my small loan parts listed separately just as I bought them. I'm off for a beer!!

Quite possibly ... but it isn't a problem on FK because when you come to list a loan part on the secondary market you specify how much of it (min £25) you wish to sell ... so your £100 parts can still be listed for sale as 4 x £25

Nothing to see here OG. Unlike FC, Funding Knight cater for loan part splitting on their secondary market.

Quite right. An important improvement on the model where you have to bid umpteen £20 parts to avoid being stuffed with an unsellable block. Persevere, FK.

Oh! I needn't have taken those extra pills after all. Didn't realise you can split a part on the 2ndry market. I'll have to be ungrumpy tomorrow when FK write me a gentle understanding reply. Thanks gents.
