Thanks for the update Ed.
Could I suggest that the format be changed slightly please? Currently most of the loan items have a time estimate in the heading. Could this be moved ( and kept updated) into each of the update lines below the heading so that we have an up to date estimate of likely launch times.
Many Thanks
LW

Thanks Ed - guess it'll be interesting to see what the currency situation/risk is on 18...

MoneyThing Hi Ed, are any of loans 4, 6 or 7 in the pipeline likely to appear this week or are they now likely to be post-Easter? (I've some ex-FC cash to re-home and don't want to park it in the wrong place!)

(I've some ex-FC cash to re-home and don't want to park it in the wrong place!) Tantalisingly close, but to be fair unlikely before Easter (since some of the solicitors in the chain seem to be on holiday mode already). The Dublin one might just come in before Easter. Regards, Ed

Loans 4 & 17 are shown as 5 year terms. Does that mean exactly that or are they renewable shorter term loans.

Evening, Pipeline updated (at the top of the thread). Kind regards, Ed 19 and 20 both sound interesting, one in a 'I'm keen to hear more', the other in a 'this could be hairy'. However based on your track record to date, I'll be looking at both. Given that you are deferring some car loans and opening others without bid restrictions and have a sizeable property pipeline, is it getting time to think about getting a few extra BHs?

As you can probably imagine, I have been already going through my rolodex this last week. Of course if you do know of any BHs - I would be more than happy to speak to them!

BHs like to be in the company of minnows for safety so MT actually needs to attract both. SS seems to fare quite well and the big differences between MT and SS that I can see are prefunding, bid limits and INPL. All have been discussed before and usually rejected as the current investors prefer the status quo but the fact remains that SS is doing something right that others would do well to mimic. I want MT to grow bigger and faster as competition is good for everyone.
